Websites start at $3,500. Branding starts at $249. Visibility plans start at $299 per month. Ongoing care and hosting is $99 per month. Custom builds start at $500. There are no hidden fees or surprise invoices.
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s completely normal. That’s why we offer a free visibility audit. We’ll show you how your business appears online in search, AI assistants, and reviews, and point out what we’d fix first. There’s no sales pitch or obligation, so you’ll know what matters before you spend anything.

Who will I actually be working with?
Polaris Digital is founder-led. I handle the strategy and most of the hands-on work myself. I have a design degree and over 17 years of industry experience. If a project needs extra help, like copywriting, marketing, or development, I bring in people I know and trust. You’ll never get a random subcontractor.
Are you really based in Maine?
Yes. I was born and raised here, left for college, and came back to raise my family. I work with businesses across the U.S., but I focus on helping local Maine businesses. When they do well, the whole area benefits.
How projects work
How long does a new website take?
Most websites launch in 4–6 weeks. The timeline depends on how much content there is and how much back-and-forth we need.
Who writes the content and provides the photos?
We work on it together. We’ll draft the copy based on a conversation with you or your notes. You won’t have to write long essays about your business. Photos usually come from you, but if you don’t have any you like, we can help you find a local photographer. Real photos of your business are always better than stock images.
Can I update the website myself?
If you want to update the site yourself, we can set that up. Most clients prefer to send us changes instead. Small edits are included in the care plan, which keeps your site fast, easy to maintain, and less likely to have problems.
How do payments work?
Website projects are paid in three parts: one at the start, one in the middle, and one at launch. Monthly services are billed each month, and there’s no long-term contract.
What does the $99/month care plan cover?
The plan covers hosting, security, software updates, uptime monitoring, and small content edits when you need them. Since you own your site, the plan is optional. You’re never stuck with us if you want to move your hosting elsewhere.

Yes, that’s part of our Visibility & Reputation service. We keep your listings accurate and help you get reviews and respond to them regularly.
Can you add things like booking forms or online ordering?
Yes. If it’s a custom feature your site needs, like a booking form, payment setup, or a CRM integration, we can scope and build it as a standalone project.
Do you do print materials too, like business cards or signage?
Yes. If it carries your name, it should look like your business. Cards, letterhead, signage, even shirts — we design print-ready files and can help you get them produced.
